Hey there πŸ‘‹

I’m Daniel, an enthusiastic programmer with a particular passion for game development. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of professional technologies, including PHP, Java, C#, and Golang, but I have a special place in my heart for Java and its Spring framework. I find Golang to be an incredibly versatile language, with many applications beyond just backend development.

I currently consider πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ English to be my main language, πŸ‡·πŸ‡΄ Romanian is my native but second language and currently am learning πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ German in my spare time.

My Work

In the realm of front-end development, I’ve never been much of a fan of single-page applications, but Svelte has really changed my opinion on that front. I also have a deep appreciation for the power and flexibility of raw HTML and CSS.

When I’m not working on programming projects, I love to tinker with old computer emulators and explore new technologies. I’m an avid Linux user, both for my desktop and server environments, but I’m also comfortable using Windows or MacOS as needed.

Hobbies

Outside of my professional work, I have a diverse range of interests that I pursue with passion and dedication. As a photographer, I have a keen eye for detail and strive to capture stunning images that tell a story. My love for film photography has taught me to be patient and methodical in my approach, and I apply these same principles to my programming work.

I also have a deep interest in maintaining aquariums, particularly those with molly, xypho, and tetra neons. This hobby has taught me the importance of attention to detail and maintaining a delicate balance of factors to create a thriving ecosystem.

In my free time, I enjoy drawing and exploring the world of design. While I may not be a trained artist, I believe that an understanding of design principles is essential for creating effective and engaging software.

Finally, I place a strong emphasis on physical health and wellness. Going to the gym regularly and maintaining a balanced diet helps me stay energized and focused, both personally and professionally. By approaching my hobbies with the same level of discipline and dedication that I bring to my work, I believe that I can continue to grow and develop in all aspects of my life.

I have a passion for electronics and enjoy building and experimenting with different circuit designs. I have experience with microcontroller programming and interfacing with various sensors and actuators.

I find that working with electronics allows me to explore different ways of interacting with the physical world, and it’s always satisfying to see my own creations come to life. I also enjoy the problem-solving aspect of electronics, figuring out how to make different components work together in harmony. I like to tinker and create my own projects, from simple blinking LED to more complex projects such as home automation, robots or even IoT projects that connect to the internet. I’m always excited to learn new techniques and technologies in this field.

tl;dr

In summary, my passion for programming and technology extends beyond just my professional work. I am constantly seeking out new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, both in my personal and professional life. I am committed to becoming the best possible version of myself, both as a programmer and as a person, and I look forward to the many exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
